Meet the Speakers
Ken Kessler, PhD
Dr. Ken Kessler is an expert in mental health law and ethics, specializing in the intersection of legal standards and clinical practice. His session will address emerging ethical dilemmas, including the impact of AI, government involvement in client privacy, and the complexities of telehealth.
Ken is an Associate Professor at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he teaches Ethics, Risk Management, Psychopharmacology, Psychotherapy, Physical Assessment, and Clinical Supervision Classes. He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Licensed Prescribing Psychologist in Illinois.
Kristen Anderson, J.D., LPC
Kristen Anderson is an attorney and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She has spent nearly 20 years representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation while also pursuing her passion for mental health. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and is currently a Ph.D. student in psychology.
Tracey M. Crawford, CTRS, CPRP
Tracey M. Crawford is a Senior Learning Strategist at Access to Growth Learning Solutions. With expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, she focuses on equipping mental health professionals with the tools to build culturally responsive and inclusive practices.
