Rental rates

For Ongoing Classes or Private Sessions (Includes 15 minutes before/after for set up and breakdown)

• 1 hour: $35 ($300 for a 10-pack)

• 1.5 hours: $50 ($425 for a 10-pack)

• 2 hours: $55 ($455 for a 10-pack)

• 2.5 hours: $65 ($500 for a 10-pack)

• 3 hours: $70 ($550 for a 10-pack)

For Workshops (includes 30 min before/after for set up and break down.)

• 2 hours: $75

• 3 hours: $95

• 4 hours: $115

Cleaning fees: $5 per rental hour

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE

If you would like to rent the space, please note that you must have the appropriate certification and/or license for the modality that you wish to offer, carry liability insurance, and list Counseling Center of Grayslake, the building management and owners as additional insured.
